What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a type of psychological acupressure developed by in the 1990s. It is based on the idea that traumatic memories and negative emotions are caused by disturbances in the body's energy system. EFT involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on an issue or emotion, to help release the energy blockage. This process helps to reduce the intensity of traumatic memories, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote emotional balance and healing.
